Sorry 90s hip hop reminiscers, this isn’t a rebirth of the classic hip hop group INI, but rather an innovative new company to crash the SW shelves. INI Cooperative is a leader and representer of unity and oneness. By focusing on the use of recycled and renewable resources in their products INI is creating functional apparel that speaks to a value system. Backed by a solid team including Mark Appleyard, David Gravette, Nick Trapesso, Jamie Tancowny, Sean Ross, Eli Anderson, Jamie Jacobson and JT Rhoades we know it’s a brand we can get behind as well.
You could be the saddest sack on the planet but with the new Deluxe Spring ’15 apparel it’s all high-fives, sunshine and wayfarer shades. Based out of the legendary city of San Francisco (very cool) and home to brands such as Spitfire, Anti-Hero, Krooked, Real, Thunder and Venture (all extremely cool), it’s no wonder DLX stuff is constantly flying off the shelves.
Both Volcom and Spitfire are heavy hitters in the skateboard industry. Once we found out they were teaming up for the Volcom x Spitfire Collection, we knew it was going to be a big deal. With the likes of Grant Taylor, Kyle Walker, Collin Provost, Chris Pfanner, Dennis Busenitz and more holding it down for both squads, it’s no question that both Volcom and Spitfire know skateboarding. Fire and stone don’t burn alone.
Take a visual trip throught the new Tavik Apparel Spring 15 drop. Wovens, tees and shorts make this proper kit a keeper, on or off the board.
After 162 years of making quality denim and apparel, Levi’s Apparel is beyond classic. They’re an institution; they literally invented denim jeans. Long before big brands were making clothes specifically for skateboarders—or at least marketing regular ass clothes directly to us—we skated in 501’s. Levi’s are timeless. Take a peek at Levi’s Skate Spring 2015!
We sharpied up cardboard signs. We put on ratty old loafers. We shredded the sleeves of our suit jackets and rubbed sour milk into the chest pockets. We grew gangly beards and started yelling apocalyptical rapture at passers by—yup, you guessed it, Skate Warehouse has officially joined the Doom Sayers Club!
