This brand new collection comes at ya in classic Chocolate fashion: simple, fun and artistically sound. Boasting dream tree houses of their respective pros, these boards are an easy pick for long-time fans or those new to the glory that is Chocolate Skateboards.
Jim Muir, the founder of Dogtown Skateboards, was a Z-Boy during those formative years when the Zephyr team’s aggressive approach and timeless style pushed skateboarding to the next level. As skateboarding evolved into the 80’s, Jim’s brother Mike went on to form the legendary thrash and skate punk band Suicidal Tendencies in 1981. These two brothers have been crossing creative paths ever since. Dogtown and Suicidal Tendencies go hand in hand and this latest Dogtown x RxCx LTD Decks series is yet another killer example.
This year marks two decades of the big red chunk and the Chocolate Skateboards crew has been celebrating in a myriad ways. Their latest commemoration is a collaborative coupling of Poler Stuff with the Chocolate Skateboards aesthetic, made custom for Kenny Anderson. The two primo pieces in this limited edition Poler x Chocolate Kenny Anderson Collection are guaranteed to travel well together. If it’s good enough for The Perfect Man, it’s good enough for anybody!
The Cliché Gypsy Life Series is a fresh new collection ready for your shredding pleasure. With graphics done by the one and only Luda Crooks, aka Chet Childress—these boards are as much works of art as they are some of the meanest shred sleds out. The Gypsy Life series features Dwindle’s Impact Support Technology, which means 8-ply hard rock maple construction with two carbon fiber discs at the truck mounts for a more durable deck and longer lasting pop. Check out the Gypsy Life Series over at Skate Warehouse and take a peep at our most recent Series Spotlights!
Our Series Spotlight this week is the latest set from Girl Skateboards. The Girl Lettus Bee Decks are illustrated by the one-and-only Andy Jenkins a.k.a. “Mel Bend”. Lettus Bee is a character from a skate comic entitled “Wrench Pilot” published in TransWorld Skateboarding from 1989 to 1991. Classic and clean, these decks make for great collector’s items. With the great shapes and wood from Crailtap these boards will fill all of your shredding needs as well.
