That’s why we’re equally as excited about a new video that takes a look into the story behind Penny Skateboards. Founder Ben Mackay talks about going from riding one little plastic skateboard when he was five to making millions of them today.
Waiting For Lightning, Danny Way’s bio-pic premiered last night, April 10th, at the ArcLight Cinerama Dome in Hollywood. The turn out was good, and so was the response.
For ten years Way has been in the process of building a Mega ramp in his Kauai backyard. He’s finally done. Waiting For Lighting is the story of how it came to be, with special appearances by many, including Colin McKay, Brian Harper, Christian Hosoi, Skin Philips, Jacob Rosenberg, J. Grant Brittian, Jake Phelps, and more.
