FAQ

Standard processing time is 1-3 business days. If there is an issue with what you've submitted, we will email you with more information. Once approved, you will receive an email with instructions for ordering with your exempt account.

No, we are unfortunately unable to apply tax exemptions retroactively.

Your tax exemption will automatically be applied to your order during checkout.

Your exemption is only valid for the states in which you've provided certificates. If you ship to another state not covered by your exemption, you will be required to pay tax.

Your customer account does not expire, but your exemption will expire on the date listed on the certificate. If there is no expiration date on your certificate, your exemption will expire 4 years from the issue date or earlier based on your state's statute of limitations. Accounts with expired certificates will not remove tax during checkout.

If you have previously been approved for exemption and tax is now appearing on your order, please do not submit your order and re-apply above to update your certificate.

Certificates must be attached to the email as a PDF, JPG, PNG or TIFF and must be completely filled out and signed to be accepted. If your form requires Seller or Vendor Information, it must be filled in for Skate Warehouse as shown here:
