Otherwise, create an account below and enter the password you would like to use. If there are any problems, we will contact you by email or phone. Please be sure this information is correct.
FAQ
How long does it take to process my application?
- Standard processing time is 1-3 business days. If there is an issue with what you've submitted, we will email you with more information. Once approved, you will receive an email with instructions for ordering with your exempt account.
I did not have a tax-exempt account at the time of purchase. Can I get a refund for previous purchases?
- No, we are unfortunately unable to apply tax exemptions retroactively.
How do I use my tax-exempt customer account?
- Log into your account.
- Your tax exemption will automatically be applied to your order during checkout.
What if I'm shipping to a different state?
- Your exemption is only valid for the states in which you've provided certificates. If you ship to another state not covered by your exemption, you will be required to pay tax.
Does my tax-exempt account expire?
- Your customer account does not expire, but your exemption will expire on the date listed on the certificate. If there is no expiration date on your certificate, your exemption will expire 4 years from the issue date or earlier based on your state's statute of limitations. Accounts with expired certificates will not remove tax during checkout.
